Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Look Like Us is the consumer fitness product available at looklike.us (the "service"). The service is operated by Westbridge, MB, a small partnership registered in the Republic of Lithuania ("Westbridge", "we", "us", "our").

2. Agreement

By accessing the site, creating an account, taking the quiz, starting a free trial, or paying for a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" includes that organisation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. The service is not intended for children under 16.

You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that we reasonably believe violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Your account

You can sign up with email, Google, or Apple, depending on what we offer at the time. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@looklike.us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share a paid membership in a way that lets others use your paid access as if it were their own, sell or transfer your account, or create multiple accounts to obtain more than one free trial.

We may require you to verify your email or identity before certain features work. If we disable an account for a breach of these terms, you are not entitled to a refund except where the law requires it.

5. The service

Look Like Us provides digital fitness content: physique blueprints, meal plans, workout programmes, tracking tools, calculators, and related educational material. The exact features available to you depend on whether you are a guest, a signed-in user on a free trial, or a paying member.

We may change, add, or remove features, blueprints, meal plans, or tools. We do not promise that a particular blueprint, creator, or meal plan will remain available forever. If we retire content that you paid to access during an active billing period, we will try to provide a reasonable alternative for the rest of that period.

The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, outages, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for delays or interruptions of that kind.

6. Free 48-hour access

Eligible new members can start a 48-hour free access period without entering a payment card. Because we do not collect a card for the trial, you are not charged when the trial starts, and you are not charged when it ends.

The trial expires automatically 48 hours after it begins. You do not need to cancel to avoid a charge. There is no charge to avoid. When the trial expires, paid features lock until you subscribe.

You can end the trial early from Settings if you want to stop using paid features before the 48 hours are up. Ending it early does not create a charge. Free trials are generally limited to one per person and per account. We may refuse a trial if we detect abuse (for example, repeated new accounts).

After the trial, access continues only if you choose to subscribe and complete checkout. Nothing converts to a paid membership unless you add a payment method and confirm the purchase.

7. Paid membership

Membership is billed at the price shown at checkout, currently USD 19.99 per month, unless we display a different price. Prices are in US dollars. You authorise Stripe, our payment processor, to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Membership unlocks entitled content such as scaled meal plans, workouts, and blueprint access, as described on the site at the time you subscribe. We may update what is included, provided the core purpose of the membership remains a digital fitness subscription.

You can cancel from Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not automatically refund unused days of a paid period. See the Refund Policy for details, including any statutory rights that may apply where you live.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for amounts owed. Taxes, if any, are added where required by law or included as shown at checkout.

By completing Stripe Checkout you confirm that you want digital content supplied immediately. Where the law allows, that request means you may lose the usual cooling-off right for that supply. Recurring renewals continue until you cancel.

8. One-time purchases

If we offer a one-time blueprint purchase in addition to membership, the price and description shown at checkout apply. Access starts when the purchase completes. Refund windows for those purchases are described in the Refund Policy.

9. Licence and intellectual property

We and our licensors own the service and all content on it, including text, photographs, video, workout programming, meal plans, branding, software, and layout. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own fitness purposes while your account is in good standing.

You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, sell, rent, or commercially exploit our content; train machine-learning models on it; or remove proprietary notices. Workout and meal content is licensed to you as a member, not sold as a transferable product.

Feedback you send us (ideas, suggestions, bug reports) may be used by us without obligation to you.

10. Your content

You may submit information such as quiz answers, body metrics, progress photos, food logs, comments, or other material. You keep ownership of that material. You grant us a worldwide licence to host, process, and display it as needed to operate and improve the service, including showing it back to you in the app.

You must have the right to submit what you upload. Do not upload anyone else's photos or personal data without permission. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, harmful, or in breach of these terms.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defame, or exploit others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or non-public data
• Interfere with or overload the service, including by bots, scrapers, or automated sign-ups, except as we expressly allow
• Reverse engineer the service except to the extent the law cannot be waived
• Misrepresent medical or professional credentials, or present our content as personalised medical care
• Circumvent paywalls, trial limits, or technical protections

12. Health and fitness disclaimer

Look Like Us provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Meal plans and workouts are not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or qualified coach who knows your history.

Exercise and diet changes carry risk of injury, illness, or worsening of existing conditions. Consult a physician before starting any programme, especially if you are pregnant, have an eating disorder history, take medication, or have heart, metabolic, joint, or other health conditions. Stop and seek care if you feel pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.

Results vary. Calorie estimates, projected dates, and physique comparisons are illustrations, not guarantees. You are responsible for how you apply the information.

13. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Authentication may use Google or Apple. Hosting, databases, and media delivery may use other vendors. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that content is accurate or complete.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law, including in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westbridge, MB and its members, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or reliance on our content.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for membership in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

16. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel a paid membership as described above. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the paid service entirely, we will stop future billing. Any surviving provisions (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) remain in effect.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with the effective date. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or an in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and cancel any membership.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep any mandatory protections of the country where you live. EU consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their Member State of residence. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service, and they supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
